3rd Quarter Sale Prices Continue Upward Trend

The average sale price of a single family home in Woburn for the 3rd quarter of 2014 rose a modest 3% over the average sale price during the same time period last year to $402,857 but the average time on the market dropped 27% to 43.8 days.

Burlington saw a larger increase of 13.6% in the average sale price, from $451,674 in 2013 to $513,284 in 2014.  Wilmington sale prices rose 10.5%, with the average sale price going from $391,122 in 2013 to $432,375 in the 3rd quarter of 2014.
